I mean who gets all of that for having an affair at work? Can you answer that Lily? I could say a whole lot of other stuff about all of this, so if you wanna keep going and talking crap about people when you know nothing about the situation or anything about what’s between them and their marriage we can lay it all out on social media if you want to Lilly, shamon/Kristie? Whichever one of you it is what to keep going? Just know I’ve know this family for 40+ years

Didn’t know anyone could get fired from that place. Stephanie likes to put her business all over Facebook, she posts about her marriage and blasts his family for her problems and then turns around and blames it on them. Narcissist at its finest!!! She hasn’t worked since she got fired 13 years ago, blames her husband for wanting a divorce because she won’t get off her lazy ass and work, clean, or anything, she wants him to keep taking care of her and hand all the money over so she can be lazy.

Currently lacey Vance owner of Hound Hideaway in Conway Ar, has been holding my 12 week old puppy in her control. Two pupoies disappeared from my back yard April 26, 20 days later an employee of HH contacted me verifying she had found my puppies and adopted on out, the was in foster some where in Conway, she failed to mention that the puppy was at her place of employment indicating she work rd at ortho arkansas in little rock. After contacting me she refused to ptovideo me information as to my pupoies were located. After hours of dealing with her changing stories she finally said one might be at HH. Upon calling HH denied any knowledge of having or knowing anything about the puppy. Soon after the call taylor Baxley contacted me, again verified my ownership of the puppy and we arranged for me to pick him up the next morning between 1030am and noon. Ms Baxley did not respond to calls ur texts the next morning nut did call my phone and when answered refused to say anything. I arrived in conway shortly befire noon, I received a text from taylor Baxley telling me she did not have the puppy, that it was at its fosters, they were at work, she had to be at work in 30 minutes and could we do this the next day. I replied you have had the puppy 10 days, you scheduled this time to pick him up, it is a 2 1/2 round trip for me I would prefer to get the puppy and return to little rock todsy, it had been 24 hours of deception to this point, I suggested she have whom ever had the puppy contact me and I could arrange through them to pick him up. It us not like taylor Baxley had identified her self, I was forced to find her name thru her phone number and learned her identity through post to the arkansas lost and found pet network which my puppies were listed on the night they dispappeared. I decided to try the HH to see if I could find the puppy, do to the continual dishonesty of Baxkey, her accounts of having seen the puppies dumped off in the parking lot at arkansas ortho, by a black man in a black car, but unable to orovide any description. Of the vehicle siting limo quality cameras in the lit parking lot, etc, I decided to have the police standby.. they arrived I explained the situation, showed them the texts showed where taylor Baxley confirmed 2x th hat indeed the puppies they found were mine, didn't contact me till 10 days later telling me that they thought they were abandoned at ortho arkansas iarking lot.. what a story. Anyway the officer went to get the puppy cane back 30 minutes later and told me I couldnt get the puppy because I didn't have proof of ownership. They had 2x told me that the pics I sent them were the puppies they found, they were the same pups p I step and listed by me as lost on the arkansas lost pet network.. pictures from the time of birth till the day they disappeared, but I didn't have proof of ownership, the must ridiculous thing I gave ever heard.. contacting the ark lost pet network they assured me I had given reasonable verification and they certainly would have accepted it. The next day I tried to retrieve the puppy with reclamation papers from the lrav but k ace Vance refused contact with me and has for over two weeks. Ark criminal code 5 36 105 states to come into control if property and find that it has been lost or mislaid and nit return the property is considered theft of property. After learning of the owners identity, being scheduled to pick up the puppy Kacey Vance refuses to tg yrn over my puppy. She has been in control of fir 4 weeks now. There seems to be no agency in conway open to force her to surrender the puppy she has now stolen. She has no right to even possess the puppy as she did not find the puppy, the finders are upon taking custody if the lost pup become voluntary bailey of the puppy and are bound to try to find the I wner, if they chose to abandon the responsibility they have to surrender the animal to a government agency so as the rightful owner may find them. What a disgrace to the city of conway to have a business that caters to dogs disregard every law in dealing with a lost dog, and deprive the rightful owner if custody for over a month, and no agency in conway has any intrest on putting an end to this criminal activity.
